Shame thrives in silence. It grows when you carry it alone. Emotional guidance brings shame into the light—not to judge it, but to understand it. To see where it came from. To ask what it needs.

The Process

Before the session: You book a time that feels right for you. You find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed (if online). You sit comfortably. You do not need to prepare anything.

During the session (60 minutes): We begin with a brief check-in. You share what is present—or nothing at all. I listen. I do not fix. I do not rush. I ask gentle questions that invite the shame to show itself. We name the shame voice together. We explore where it came from and what it needs. You may cry. You may sit in silence. You may speak words you have never spoken before. All of it is welcome. I hold space. You heal.

After the session: You may feel lighter. Or you may feel tired. Or you may feel nothing at all. All of it is correct. Insights may come in the hours and days after. A thought. A memory. A sudden understanding. This is your mind integrating what shifted.

What You Receive

Immediate: A safe, confidential space. Deep listening without fixing or rushing. An insight or practice to carry with you. Feeling seen, heard, and less alone.

Ongoing: Clarity about where shame came from. Understanding of your emotional patterns. Tools to name and navigate shame when it arises. The knots begin to untangle.

Long-term (with multiple sessions): Lasting release of shame patterns. Deeper self-understanding. Self-compassion becomes possible. You start to trust yourself again.

Format: 60 minutes | Online or in person

Investment: €120 / session | €330 for 3 sessions

Online sessions: Video call (Zoom, WhatsApp, Signal). You sit in your own space. I hold space from mine.

In-person sessions (Netherlands): We meet in a quiet, comfortable space. You sit. I listen.
